Storyline

After his resurrection in Miles County, Art the Clown returns on Halloween night to embark on another series of violent attacks. This time, he specifically targets a teenager named Sienna Shaw and her younger brother, Jonathan, who appear to share a mysterious connection to his past. As Art terrorizes the town, Sienna and Jonathan must navigate the chaos and attempt to survive the night while uncovering the nature of the supernatural force hunting them.
